About Us

As the Principal Solicitor of JLC Law, I hold a Bachelor of Laws and I am admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Western Australia. I also completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Criminology), many years ago, which means I have experience in a field which compliments the world of law immensely.

I'm fortunate enough to be the mother of three wonderful sons who, even with challenges, are a constant source of joy.

​

Consequently, when it comes to family law matters I understand there are underlying issues which are important in reaching agreement. However, I have found this is also important insight for when legal intervention is, in fact, best kept to a minimum.

​

My passion is more so the Estate Planning and Probate aspects of the business. I genuinely love assisting clients to plan for the most important people in their life, their family.

Most of my clients have been hardworking and are at the stage of enjoying the benefits of this endeavour. Alternatively, some are just embarking on this journey and guidance is sought.

The proper preparation of documents which ensure the next generation benefit from your life's work is something I have found to be highly satisfying. I also enjoy working closely with financial advisors and accountants in order to achieve this.

Finally, sometimes life is about making mistakes or taking wrong turns. Whether it be family law separation, estate planning for blended families, or advice on criminal matters, I genuinely enjoy meeting with all clients. Taking the time to speak with people who have lived life and learned from those experiences means continual growth.
